Pre Sales Advice
Due to the huge range of products on Enviro Office, We are not able to provide technical or pre sales advice. Instead we invest our efforts in giving you good pricing and clever ordering systems to save you time and money.
We work closely with manufacturers to ensure the product information is correct and displayed on the site. If any information is not displayed this means that it has not been made available to us. Also, the manufacturer's web site may have more information on the product. If there is information that you require we advise that you contact the manufacturer directly.
For your peace of mind we offer 14 days flexible returns policy which you can take advantage of if you are unsure about the items you are ordering.
Sample Requests
Like our on-line competitors, Enviro Office do not offer a sample service. We do however offer a 14 day flexible returns policy. So if you order the goods and they are not what you required you can return them for a full credit.
Please note that the goods must be in a re-saleable condition so they must still be in their original packaging when returned. |
